Los Angeles is set to experience the largest showcase of Australian Contemporary Photography to reach America at the 23rd Annual International Photographic Art Exposition (photo l.a.) 16—19 January, 2014 at LA Mart, in downtown Los Angeles.

The Queensland Centre for Photography in collaboration with the team of photo l.a. brings to its annual fair the works of fourteen of Australia’s most innovative photo-media artists. This unique showcase provides a glimpse to one of the emerging cultural hothouses of the Asia Pacific and extends the unique relation Los Angeles and the fair have to the region.

QCP’s exhibit will provide collectors, artists, students and art lovers with a valuable insight into the trends, skills and issues singular to Australian art while expanding on the impressive scale and prestige of the fair at its new location at LA Mart.
