‘Echoes in the Forest’ annual Will Geer Theatricum Botanicum gala celebrates the artistry of the George family, with special guests Van Dyke Parks and Fred Tackett of Little Feat to head a host of musical artists as part of Theatricum’s Echoes in the Forest annual gala on August 23, 2025.
Van Dyke Parks and Fred Tackett, with Richard Parks III, Miles Tackett, The Living Sisters, Mike Andrews, Philip Littell, Eliot Douglass, Marcel Camargo, Lexi Pearl and Christopher Wooley, will perform at Will Geer Theatricum Botanicum in Topanga. The gala event will pay musical tribute to the works and artistry of the George family — Little Feat founder, guitarist, vocalist and songwriter Lowell; songwriter Inara of The Bird and the Bee and The Living Sisters; and longtime Theatricum board member Elizabeth.

The evening will also feature pop-up musical performances throughout the wooded grounds by members of Theatricum’s acclaimed company, as well as hors d’oeuvres and fine wine. You are invited to wander through Theatricum’s enchanting gardens as the surrounding forest comes alive with the echoing sounds of art, laughter and shared stories.
