“Bordergrams” Book Launch & Scavenger Hunt in the Gardens of the Wende Museum

Announcing Bordergrams a new spy-themed puzzle book series!

St. Martin’s Griffin and G. T. Karber, author of the #1 Sunday Times bestseller Murdle, are pleased to launch Bordergrams, a brand new spy-themed puzzle series from Macmillan Publishers to be released on September 16, 2025. Written in collaboration with Daniel Donohue, Dani Messerschmidt, and Amin Osman, the first book in the series serves up 80 secret spy connection puzzles in an addictive 256-page turner.

The public is invited to attend this fun-filled book launch party, with a unique outdoor gamified reception on Sunday, September 21, 2025. The adventure takes place at the Wende Museum’s Glorya Kaufman Community Center, in Culver City.

For the book’s launch, you can experience a unique puzzle-themed scavenger hunt on the grounds of the Wende Museum. Attendees will gather at 7:00pm on Sunday, September 21, 2025 and are encouraged to dress in their best spy garb to track down the hidden clues. There will be complimentary champagne and martinis (shaken, not stirred) for guests, and a special prize for the super spy who solves the puzzle. The book’s authors will be in attendance to reveal all of their top secrets!

NOTE: Capacity is limited and advance registration is required. Here is the direct link to RSVP.

For more info about the book and the event, please visit, bordergrams.com. Copies of Bordergrams will be available for purchase at the launch party, but to ensure your cover isn’t blown, pre-order through local bookstore—and event co-host—Village Well Books, for classified pick-up the evening of the mission.
